Seniorly today released their annual Best of Senior Living Awards 2025 and identified the 336 best senior living facilities in America after analyzing 500,000 online customer reviews across 60,000 facilities. Five senior living facilities in Arizona were named among the 20 best facilities in America – more than any other state. Arizona ranks No. 4 in the nation with 24 award-winning senior living facilities in total.

• La Siena in Phoenix ranks No. 9 in the nation and No. 2 in the Southwest.
• Maravilla Scottsdale in Scottsdale ranks No. 10 in the nation and No. 3 in the Southwest.
• MorningStar Of Fountain Hills in Fountain Hills ranks No. 12 in the nation and No. 4 in the Southwest
• The Hacienda At The Canyon in Tucson ranks No. 17 in the nation.
• The Heritage Tradition in Sun City West ranks No. 18 in the nation.
• Scottsdale led the state with seven award-winning facilities, followed by Chandler (4), Mesa (2), Peoria (2), and Tucson (2). Anthem (1) and Phoenix (1) each had one. The complete list is at the bottom.

California led the nation with 65 award-winning facilities. Texas ranked No. 2 (37), Florida ranked No. 3 (35), Arizona ranked No. 4 (24) and Washington ranked No. 5 (23).

For the second year in a row, Seniorly partnered with Skypoint – a leading generative data company – to mine and analyze customer and family reviews to create a sentiment rating across six categories: cleanliness, dining services, staff ratings, value, care services and overall resident satisfaction. To qualify, communities had to be in the top five percent of our sentiment ratings, have no serious licensing violations in the last three years, and no negative media coverage in the last two years.
