Scottsdale on Main, a 119-unit, luxury mid-rise multifamily asset in Scottsdale that sold for $66.1 million — or $555,462 per unit — was one of the five biggest commercial real estate deals in October. Here are the five biggest commercial real estate deals in Metro Phoenix from October of 2025, according to data collected by the commercial real estate tracking website Vizzda and AZRE magazine.

1. Glendale land

Sale price: $118,115,902 ($740,538.57 per acre)

Address: NWC or North Litchfield Road and Northern Parkway, Glendale

Property description: 159.504 acres of agricultural land.

2. Echo Biltmore

Sale price: $71,300,000

Address: 1720 E. Camelback Rd., Phoenix

Property description: 216-unit apartment complex.
