Odds experts at The Action Network created a Supermoon Visibility Index, which converts factors such as sky clarity, humidity, elevation, and certified dark-sky access into implied viewing probabilities and American moneyline odds, indicating where in the U.S. people are most likely to see the Supermoon clearly.
