Vestis Group negotiated a 30-year ground lease for Bikini Beans Coffee, at the intersection of Country Club and Guadalupe, in Mesa, Arizona.
Phoenix, Arizona – Vestis Group, a commercial brokerage and investment firm, is pleased to announce the completed ground lease for Bikini Beans Coffee, along Mesa’s Country Club Corridor, aka State Route 87, at 2816 S Country Club Dr, Mesa, AZ 85210.
“This is Bikini Beans Coffee’s third location in Arizona. The first two stores opened in Phoenix and Tempe,” says Matt Morrell, President of Retail Investments at Vestis Group and the lead broker for this transaction, “Bikini Beans Coffee’s Mesa store is located at the southwest corner of Country Club and Guadalupe.
