Vestis Group negotiated the sale of 1.2 acres of infill land located at the SWC of 24th Street and Campbell Avenue, in Phoenix, Arizona, for $2,150,000, or $41 per square foot.

The property is a half mile south of the Camelback Corridor, which made it an extremely attractive investment for the new ownership which plans to redevelop the commercial infill site.”

The buyer, a private investor from Paradise Valley, Arizona, was represented by Andy Kroot of Kroot & Associates.
