(Phoenix – June 13, 2014) – Vestis Group is pleased to announce that brokers Natan Jacobs, Les Litwin and Victoria Miachika have completed the sale of Roosevelt 11, a 5,028 square feet, single-level, freestanding office building, located near Roosevelt Row in Downtown Phoenix, for $372,000 / $73.99 per square foot.
Ronald Yenney of Ephrata, Washington sold the Roosevelt 11 office building, located at 1018 West Roosevelt Street, in Downtown Phoenix to Harder Development from Phoenix, Arizona for $372,000. Natan Jacobs, Les Litwin and Victoria Miachika with Vestis Group in Phoenix represented the Seller in the sale of this Phoenix office building. Matt Seaman with CK Property Management, LLC in Phoenix represented the Buyer.
