Vestis Group Adds Morrell As President Of Retail Brokerage
13 Year Industry Broker Recruited From De Rito Partners

Matt Morrell has joined Vestis Group as president of the firm’s retail brokerage group. Based in the firm’s Phoenix, AZ office, Morrell will focus on representing retail investors, developers, landlords and occupiers across the Valley of the Sun.
Morrell brings more than 13 years of Phoenix retail leasing and sales experience, most recently serving as president and as executive vice president before that with De Rito Partners, Inc., where he oversaw 20 retail brokers and managed more than 180 retail listings in addition to overseeing the company’s 45-property real estate portfolio totaling more than 2 million square feet of retail space.

Morrell, a repeat recipient of the CoStar Power Broker award, has represented numerous national, regional and local tenants with their expansion needs in Arizona. He earned his bachelor’s degree in business and communications from Arizona State University and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) for the past 10 years. – more at costar.com
