By Valerie Ornelas | CoStar Group

Steven Cooper, an individual owner, purchased the former Jerry’s Audio-Video building at 8680 E. Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. in Scottsdale, AZ, for $1.01 million, or $88 per square foot.

The 11,464-square-foot retail building completed construction in 2000 and is adjacent to the Scottsdale Airpark. It was vacant at the time of sale. Cooper intends to purchase the surrounding buildings and redevelop the entire area into a retail strip center.

Good post. I learn something more challenging on completely different blogs everyday. It’ll always be stimulating to learn content material from different writers and apply a bit of one thing from their store. I’d favor to make use of some with the content material on my blog whether you don’t mind. Natually I’ll offer you a link on your internet blog. Thanks for sharing.
