Vestis Group negotiated a 750 SF retail lease for Berry Divine Acai Bowls, in Downtown Tucson’s Congress Street District, at 245 E Congress St, Tucson, AZ 85701.

(Phoenix – April 12, 2018) – Vestis Group, a commercial brokerage and investment firm, is pleased to announce the completed lease for Berry Divine Acai Bowls, in Downtown Tucson’s Congress Street District, at 245 E Congress St, Tucson, AZ 85701.

“This is Berry Divine’s third location in Arizona. The first two stores opened in Sedona and Tempe,” says Matt Morrell, President of Retail Investments at Vestis Group and the lead broker for this transaction, “Berry Divine joins an all-star line up of tenants in Tucson’s booming Congress Street District, including AC Hotel by Marriot, Amtrak, 5 Points Market & Restaurant, HUB Restaurant & Ice Creamery, R Bar, 191 Toole, 2nd Saturdays Downtown Tucson, Arizona Theatre Company, Borderlands Brewing Co., Cafe Poca Cosa, Charro Steak, Downtown Kitchen + Cocktails, Fox Theatre Tucson, Hi Fi Kitchen & Cocktails, The Hotel Congress, HUB Ice Cream Factory, Maynards Market & Kitchen, MOCA Tucson, Playground Bar & Lounge, Pueblo Vida Brewing Company, The Realto Theatre, Yoga Oasis and Whistle Stop Depot. BD Tucson is located along the Sun Link route, Tucson’s Streetcar or electric rail system, with 19 stops connecting Mercado District, Downtown Tucson, 4th Avenue Business District, Main Gate Square and the University of Arizona. Berry Divine’s healthy and delicious acai bowls will do well here in Tucson. In my opinion, there is no other brand that can deliver the quality and delicious combinations of acai selections that Berry Divine has consistently provided to Arizona customers. BD’s store and customer growth is amazing. We actually just finalized the details of a fourth location in the downtown-midtown-uptown urban core of Phoenix.
