ACQUISITIONS CRITERIA

Vestis Group | Vestis Capital LLC, dba We Buy Phoenix Apartments, seeks to acquire well-located multifamily assets in the Metro Phoenix Apartment Market, primarily in the Arcadia, Biltmore, Camelback Corridor, Midtown Phoenix, Downtown Phoenix, Downtown Tempe,  Downtown Scottsdale and Downtown Mesa sub-markets. The desired investment includes Class B, C quality in B+ or better locations. We will consider garden and mid-rise communities, with a preference on assets that can benefit from renovation and repositioning.

  • Phoenix – Arcadia, Biltmore, Downtown, Midtown, Near Light Rail
  • Scottsdale – Downtown, South
  • Tempe – North, Near ASU Campus, Near Light Rail
  • Mesa – West, Downtown, Near Light Rail
  • Tucson – Downtown, Near UA Campus

TERMS

  • Typically all cash, but will consider assumption of existing financing or seller financing.
