(Phoenix – March 25, 2014) – Vestis Group is pleased to announce that brokers Victoria Miachika, Natan Jacobs and Les Litwin have completed the sale of McQueen Apartments, a 16-unit multifamily community located Chandler, Arizona for $985,000 / $61,563 per unit.
AZ-APT-3113, LLC an investment group through Fenix Capital Of Arizona, sold the McQueen Apartments, located at 298 N McQueen Road, in Chandler, Arizona to a private investor from San Diego, California for $985,000. Victoria Miachika, Natan Jacobs and Les Litwin with Vestis Group in Phoenix represented the Buyer in the sale of this Chandler multifamily property. The seller did not utilize outside representation in the sale.
McQueen Apartments is a 16 unit, garden-style multifamily community located in Chandler, Arizona.
