Natan Jacobs is a real estate broker, investor, and developer based in Phoenix, Arizona. He’s a native Phoenician that has not only been a witness to the city’s tremendous growth, but is also involved in it through his developments, renovation projects, and volunteer work.

Natan is Vice President of ABI Multifamily and Founding Principal of Vestis Group, We Buy Phoenix Apartments, and Arizona Apartment Management. In the field of housing, Natan has developed, built, rehabilitated, constructed, improved, managed, and sold thousands of apartment units, condos, homes and home sites, both on and off-market.

Throughout his 20+ year career, Natan has specialized in small to mid sized apartment transactions and has sold and closed marketed and off-market Arizona multi-family investment properties, comprising of 10,000+ units, with a total sales volume in excess of $750,000,000.

In 2012, Natan was recognized as a Top Deal Maker in Phoenix by Loopnet, Inc. (NASDAQ: LOOP), operator of the most heavily trafficked commercial real estate marketplace online with more than 5 million registered members and more than 2 million unique monthly visitors, as reported by Google Analytics.

Natan has successfully worked with a wide variety of clients including national affordable housing developers, institutional owners, regional owners, syndicators, local owner operators, family trusts, receivers, note servicers, regional lenders and local banks. Natan attended Arizona State University and currently resides in Phoenix with his wife and two children.

Natan holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License and is a member of Phoenix REALTORS (PAR), the Arizona Association of REALTORS (AAR), and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).

In addition, Natan enjoys coaching baseball and basketball, and has served as a volunteer coach for many years with Veritas Preparatory Academy, Camelback High School, Arcadia Little League and RAMMS.

Matt Morrell joined Vestis Group in 2016 to form its new retail development and brokerage platform. Prior to joining Vestis Group, Matt served as President of De Rito Partners Inc. overseeing 20 retail brokers and 180 listings. Prior to that, Matt served as Executive Vice President of De Rito Partners Inc. where he oversaw the leasing and marketing of 45 company-owned commercial real estate assets, totaling over 2 million square-feet of retail space. For over 14-years, Matt Morrell has represented national, regional and local tenants with their expansion plans in Arizona.

In 2010, Matt was recognized as a Top Retail Leasing Broker with the prestigious Costar Power Broker Award by CoStar Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:CSGP), the leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces.

Matt graduated from Arizona State University with a Business and Communications degree and is a native of Arizona. Matt currently holds an Arizona Department of Real Estate Salesperson’s License and has been a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers for over 10 years.
