Natan Jacobs, Principal and Designated Broker, leads the brokerage and day-to-day operations including financial and operating analysis, sales and marketing, investor relations and business development. During the course of his career, Jacobs has sold a variety of types of transactions including industrial, retail, land, investments, condominium conversions, portfolio sales, and the sale of over 3,500 units of multi-family housing throughout Arizona and Texas, totaling over $200 million. In addition, he has been instrumental in developing and building three residential subdivisions including 42 single family homes. Jacobs holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license. Jacobs lives in Phoenix with his wife, Larel, and their son, Kellan, and is active in multiple professional, civic, and youth organizations. |

Litwin underwrites every property considered for acquisition or marketing and has contributed to deals totaling over $200 million, including personal investments. Litwin holds an Arizona Real Estate Salesperson’s License. Litwin lives in Scottsdale and is active in multiple professional and civic organizations. |

Dustin Rich, Partner, provides strategic financial and feasibility support for Vestis Group projects. Prior to joining Vestis Group, Rich specialized in the marketing and disposition of Lender Owned (REO) properties and has contributed to deals totaling over $135 Million. Rich holds an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s License. Rich lives in Queen Creek with his son, Seamus. |
